Artigiano (Belsize Park)

• We booked a table for 6 and upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly waiter
• I ordered whole sea bream grilled with olive oil and herbs
• Calf's liver and linguine with fresh clams
• It's a vast menu with options for everyone
• The food was cooked very well and had help with my fish to get the bones removed from the fish
• The most delicious panna cotta and my friend picked the apple and raisins strudel with vanilla ice cream
• The service was excellent and we paid £
• A colleague and I popped into Artigiano for a quick supper one evening and we were delighted by what we found tasty
• Inventive Italian served swiftly with real style
• The restaurant was a pleasant
• To reiterate their is no excuses for condescending brusque arrogant staff especially when the food is inferior and not constituting Italian cuisine at its best
• Moreover nw3 is a place of refinement and class and good exquisite charming restaurants
• We were led up to our table which was next to the wall and as the manager strode off I asked him is he expected me to pull the table out because I could otherwise not sit down
• He returned to do that but with the graced of a child that had been told off
• An hour into our meal an elderly man on two crutches was led up to his table
• The man was was later joined by 5 members of his family so they must have left a certain amount of money in the till
