Browns (New Town)

• Super Noodles were life sustaining
• I was right about one thing the Browns that I lived above was a good place to eat
• Darren Gough is a silly name for a pet goldfish
• 8 they had somehow contrived to dollop an indiscernible leeky potato mass into a bowl and adorn it with some greying back bacon
• Luckily the colour of the back bacon was masked by the hollandaise sauce
• The hollandaise was still bubbling and browning at the sides
• The poached eggs that came with this sad assortment of matter ("
• ) had also become caked in the nuclear hollandaise and were somehow more yoke than white
• The cappuccino was bitter and preposterously over sprinkled with chocolate
• All we need now is for Shia LeBoeuf to play Charles Foster Kane in a remake of the 1941 landmark
• Cosmo and berry martini are great at £
• This time service was a bit slow
• I had the crispy duck salad which was crispy alright and pretty good but nowhere as good as his pie major food jealousy
• All excited and happy and we were met by the most glum team of people we have ever seen
• Everyone we interacted with inside the restaurant including the waiter who served us
• Browns Restaurant and Bar on George Street is quintessentially British
• A grand cafe with a touch of elegance and a trendy bar
• Light brasserie towards the back is large and can comfortably accommodate large groups of people but cosy enough for intimate couples
• The service was superb from start to finish
• Our waitress did a fantastic job and the food was enjoyed by all
