Yang Sing Cathay (Trafford Park)

• The Trafford Centre in Greater Manchester is the second largest shopping and leisure mall in the United Kingdom
• Middle dome is supposed to be bigger than that at St Paul's Cathedral
• The Orient is designed like the deck of a 1930s liner and seat 1
• Yang Sing Cathay in the China Town section was our destination for lunch
• Paper Wrapped Prawns with Water Chestnut and Coriander
• The soups were a wee bit thick with corn flour for me
• The order comes quickly and your staff is at your disposal
• I recommand with confidence
• We started of with Steamed Seabass
• Well the surprise came in the main course on the most simplest of things that was Fried Rice
• The quantity was just so little that it wouldn't be enough for one person
• Yang Sing Cathay (Trafford Park) is pricy but the least you can do is provide adequate quantity
• Siu Mai and a few other dim sums were dry and tough like they had been there for a while
• The Ho fun noodles was swimming in oil
• One of the best Chinese restaurants I have had the pleasure of visiting
• It does help that it is located in my favourite mall in Manchester
• I visited this Restaurant a couple of weeks ago with my Godchild
