Bistro 1847 (Market Street)

• The atmosphere is clean and simple and the staff we came across were all really friendly
• The menu is entirely vegetarian but there's plenty of choice and every dish we tasted was delicious (highly recommend the gnocchi
• There's a set menu style which is reasonably priced
• I'm dropping a star because of the issues we had with drinks our starter came before our wine had arrived
• When it did we were told it was because the restaurant had 'run out of glasses'
• The restaurant was busy but not at capacity and you don't expect to be waiting for drinks because of a glass shortage the glasses we had were warm which isn't pleasant for white wine
