Yang Sing (Chinatown)

• Yang sing is by far the best Chinese restaurant I have experienced in Manchester
• Well worth giving it a consideration if ever you were in the area
• Communication with staff not bad at all and unlike many Chinese eateries friendly ready to explain the dishes and how much to order
• Morning glory with garlic and egg fried rice
• The fried wantons were oily but crisp and great to taste specially with the sweet pink sauce
• The beef packet with ginger onion sauce nice
• Lunch for 4 with tea and service charge (no dessert or drinks) GBP 58
• The buffet is underground and there are many different dishes to try out
• Normally I won't recommend ordering anything other than roast duck or roast pork (char sui) dishes as this is what they do best
• If efficiency and superb service is what you're after then this is the place to be
