• I was truly indulged and a rapturous reception was given by my friend to her vegetarian dishes
• Pumpkin perfection started us off with a pumpkin arancini with pea and pecorino cream
• What arrived at the table were three perfectly sized and exquisitely formed crispy risotto balls with pumpkin puré
• One bite in and I was already sold
• A large ravioli filled with homemade ricotta
• Butter and sage sauce with parmesan liberally sprinkled
• Before finishing with gnocchi with beef ragu
• The rich and flavoursome beef ragu was slow cooked with onion and carrots
• Each generous portion was sprinkled with the ever present and winning ingredient of Parmigiano Reggiano
• The classic Italian dessert was elevated with dark chocolate crumbs and decorated with bones and an RIP sign
