• We ordered scotch with a few crisps a perfect companion for good conversation in a nice cosy place
• The landlord is extremely rude
• It was really upsetting to be told off and thrown out because we were playing shiraz and making too much noise which was not the case as we were a group of colleagues drinking coffees
• Maybe they were upset that we didn't drink enough
• Or because we were a multi ethnic group
• Nothing fancy here but good value pub grub with their own brewed beers on tap
• Especially if you are drunk as they will definitely try to take advantage
• We mentioned that our friend was getting married and they offered her a free shot of tequila
• I imagine they thought we were so drunk and wouldn't notice
