  • Their buns are cloud soft and the BBQ pork filling with sliced mango is to die

  • The service was also a little chaotic on my visit

  • Pho and Bun is the second new Vietnamese restaurant opening in the Chinatown area

  • In what some may say is too short space of time

  • Upmarket Vietnamese joint with mood lighting and wall decorations has taken over from brightly lit and loud Cantonese diner

  • We popped in for an early dinner on a weekday so it was pretty empty except for a couple of table that got filled a few minutes after we arrived

  • We shared two starters between us which were Chef Recommendations

  • The wokked chilli salt and pepper squid which were pretty tasty

  • Mango and wasabi mayonnaise I liked the flavours but it was a bit tricky and messy to eat without spilling the contents

  • I had the prawn bun and it tasted fantastic with mayo inside

  • This too comes with a great wasabi mayo

  • The tea came to us in a cut one person pot which I thought was a nice touch

  • I recently went out to dinner with a few friends to Pho &

  • Ve been to Viet Eat and I was not a big fan of their dishes

  • As you may have guessed pho and bun is a must here but there are also some brilliant plates not to be missed

  • I would say this was more of a cafe than a restaurant

  • I can see myself hanging out here on an evening with good food and good drinks

  • Last week I was kindly invited by the lovely Sheepa to try out the world&rsquo

  • To highlight a campaign the restaurant is running to raise money for Action Against Hunger

  • Service is great and there is more downstairs seating if upstairs is full which it normally is

  • The staff is very friendly and the place seemed to be brimming with hungry westend show patrons

  • The pho was beautifully flavoured with the zing of chillies and the refreshing helping of a few veggies to layer the taste

  • Bun was one of my MealPal lunches for the week and I was really happy with this pork bao

  • Especially with no other side dish accompanying

  • The BBQ honey pork belly is served with a secret soy sauce

  • The grilled pork belly pieces were absolutely tasty

  • Tantalising glaze contrasting with the creamy mayo

  • As you can tell and I thought the slice of apple was a little out of place

  • If you are craving for a good Phở this is the place to go

  • Had the Spicy Imperial Vermicelli with tender beef ( Bú

  • We were shown our seats however no one came up to us to provide us with menus or anything which is just frankly very poor service

  • The place is well known for its pho and we were excited to try it out for ourselves

  • The place catered well to our requirements of no coriander and the bowl of pho was particularly generous

  • S a theme going on with the second review of a Vietnamese restaurant in 5 days

  • Just as the visit to Viet Pho on Saturday was completely spontaneous

  • Ll know that their tiramisu is reckoned to be some of the best in the world

  • Even food bloggers can sometimes go completely off piste with their choice of food

  • Only wish that they had a fully vege/seafood pho but the other options were tasty and the portions are very big
