• Tender and juicy with very fresh meat cooked medium
• The sausage and mash was also one of the best kind of a home cooked meal sausages were tender with a perfect bite on a bed of velvety mashed potatoes
• Balanced with the braised red cabbage and the elements were united with the warmth and full body flavor of the dark gravy sauce
