Okko (Hackney)

• I dunno man i was taking a stroll down the ol' broadway market and thought id test out the waters as Okko (Hackney) was packed
• I dunno this is maybe too trendy for me
• I really dont want to say anything negative cause the place looked so nice and staff were lovely and all that jazz but i just got bored of it and didnt end up finishing it
• The noodles were all stuck together and it said it came with vegetables but only veg i got was peppers
• In fact so good i told my friend i was with to try it cause it would fuck her up in the best way possible
• Just popped in here as we were in the area
• Nothing to make me really gape with excitement
• The restaurant itself is cute and perfect for a relaxed evening with friends
• Nonetheless a decent filling meal with quick and gracious service
• The starter was blackened cod which was delicious
• My main I got ramen noodle soup with fried tofu it was nice
• Everything was a the correct temperature
• Really disappointed with my meal and service at OKKO
• This is pretty shocking for a Japanese restaurant as rice is the basics
• Then to add insult to injury when my desert came there was a big black hair in it
• When we received the bill at the end there was was nothing knocked off it
