Motown Desserts (Bethnal Green)

• By sweet tooth I mean an obsession with all things chocolate
• T face it so I stuck with the classic brownie
• As I believe chocolate is good for the soul
• It consisted of chocolate brownie with chocolate ice cream
• The brownie was gooey and perfect and would have been great even without the added extras
• The interior is painted in bright clashing colours
• We were presented with a menu full of stuff and I got so confused that it took me 15 minutes before I was able to decide what to have
• Any plate is presented with care and piece of cake comes with some fruits
• The interior is nice and relaxing
• Motown Desserts (Bethnal Green) is a must visit in my opinion
• The service here is excellent and one cannot have any problems
• The people are very sweet and helpful
• I must say the desserts are delicious and they do not contain any artificial ingredients or flavors
• The sweetness content is rather high in most of it
• The two scoops you get by paying three pounds are filling for the tummy
• I do claim that Motown Desserts (Bethnal Green) is my 'go to' place for some yummy desserts
• Motown Desserts (Bethnal Green) is pure indulgence of pleasures and a luxurious treat for the sweet tooth
• I expected a lot more from Motown Desserts (Bethnal Green) and the experience I had was contrary to my imagination
• The ice cream was terrible and the texture was rather strange
• The staff is also a bit cold but I must say the ice cream that I had there was just amazing
• The great part is that Motown Desserts (Bethnal Green) is open till 12 midnight so you can go for a walk and have a great time here
• Because it was a very difficult choice
• The service was also spot on
• This was my second visit to the place and I was equally impressed i must say
• Went with family and the food was good value for money
• The desserts were amazing and we all enjoyed a hearty meal
• There are two seating areas with the bigger one in the basement
• Begin quite full we had to make do with the basement
• Despite this it was very enjoyable
• They staff is extremely slow
• The ice cream was not at all good
• On top of this the service was bad as well
• Though Motown Desserts (Bethnal Green) specializes in desserts but the overall meal is awesome as well
• I had opted for the carrot cake which was perfect and was moist
• All the cakes looked great and I felt I was spoiled for choice
• So great customer service goes a long way with first expressions of the place
• The atmosphere of the place is relaxing and comforting
• I guess is helped with the funky decor of the place
• It is definitely a place you can get away from the crazy world out there to enjoy deserts with loved ones
• Take a look at the photo's to get a glimpse of the funky decor I am talking about and take yourself there to see for your self topped with a nice desert to enjoy it with
• This was lady fingers soaked in coffee with coffee and chocolate ice cream
• Some of them were still rock hard
• Others had turned to complete mush which was an awful texture in the mouth
• Especially coupled with being warm
• M not really sure were intentional
• I ate about three quarters of it until all that were left were the awful lady fingers and then I got out of there
• The one thing I liked about the place was its main feature &ndash
• Otherwise it was a swing and a miss for me
• The waffles however are tiny for that price
• Their brown bread flavoured ice cream is a must try
