The Mayfair Chippy (Mayfair)

• I thought the taste was going to be 'special'
• Authentic and the chips is hand cut in the place
• The food smells nice and the staff are amazingly frinedly
• The Mayfair Chippy is a bit of a deviation from the old beaten path of classic fish and chip shops
• I consider myself a connoisseur of fish and chips so I can say with authority that the Mayfair Chippy will deliver on a satisfying lunch
• The restaurant has an inviting interior and we were lucky enough to book in advance
• Both of which were generously served and delicious
• The majority of the points lost in this review were second to the price
• You could be mistaken for thinking that you were arriving at a takeaway when going to The Mayfair Chippy
• Steamed mussels served with sourdough bread and the Dexter salt beef fritters with creamed horseradish &
• We shared everything so could get a taste of all that was on our table
• First time in London and I found the Mayfair chippy by recommendation of a local friend who had never tried it herself but swore it was so nice looking it had to be good
• In the end it was divine ✨
• Cozy place with a small bag of candy And worm goodbye in the end
