La Tasca (Victoria)

• The staff was very friendly and gave us a secluded large table were we could chat to our heart's content
• The tapas at the restaurant are delicious especially patatas bravas and the aubergine
• The vegetarian and seafood paellas are delicious and the quantities are good
• The sangria was as should be
• Always came chilled which is a good thing
• It's a simple dish and we've had it several times before at other places but the presentation and taste here was par excellence
• While the lunch menu is well priced with good variety I probably wouldn't choose to go again
• All of the dishes were as you'd expect from a mid priced chain good but a little bland
• Their Sangria is rather yummy
• I as i sit here writing this review my mouth is beginning to water
• We had a booked table on the top floor and although it fit everyone it was quite crowded
• The ambience was fun but i imagine because we went on a weekday evening it was rather quiet and calm
• The decor i was quite casual yet modern and contemporary
• If you enjoy Tapas then La Tasca has variety which is fantastic for a group of people so you can try and share different things
• The ambiance was absolutely incredible and all the food I ordered was delightful
• La Tasca (Victoria) is certainly not serving the most authentic and traditional Spanish food but then its famous for something else
• La Tasca (Victoria) is serving good Spanish food and very consistent in flavors and taste always
• La Tasca (Victoria) is spot on to catch a lunch with your colleagues in your break or grab a quick bite in between
• La Tasca (Victoria) was good but the service is pathetic
• We had called to make a booking and the staff turned us down saying there was no need to as it wasn't one of their busy hours
• I went there on a Thursday evening and found out that the restaurant was quite busy
• The service was highly disappointing
• La Tasca (Victoria) is located in really nice place and is super convenient for people who are visiting the theater nearby
• The interiors are very large
• The menu too offers a really great variety of dishes and both my orders of salad and tapas were cooked to perfection
• I visited La Tasca (Victoria) with my spouse a few days back
• The mocktails were also very refreshing and nice and had an extensive selection to chose from
• This restaurant is busy at all times and you would find a huge queue outside due to its popularity
• The food served here is of very high standards
• The staff still manages to amaze you with its prompt
• This is perhaps the best branch of this chain of restaurants
• The place Billy Elliot Musical is an amazing place to go
• The staff is good but it can get better if they are more welcoming
• It would be expensive if you buy the tickets along with the food bundle
• The location is awesome and so is the ambiance
• We were given a table right away even though there was a crowd inside
• The food itself was quite delicious and was clearly of high standards
• They made us wait such a long time to just place the order that getting the food was even out of question

• Whilst the food tasted great my friend and I were terribly thirsty about half an hour later

• Rice was not overcooked which is usually the case
• Stopped here after a trip to Tate Britain and was not totally impressed

• La Tasca (Victoria) is heaven for tapas lovers
• Its a king prawns cooked with olive oil infused with garlic
• The prawns were so juicy and tender
• I couldn't let go the olive oil which was left in the plate after eating all the prawns
• Was cooked with tomato puree
• So we had churros with hot chocolate dip
• We came here before the theater and the tapas were very delicious
• The ambiance was very pretty and the staffs were very amiable
• Not impressed with the food to be honest
• I came here with my boyfriend as we had free vouchers from redeeming some Tesco points and we thought tapas would be great
• That was a lot more evident with the cheese starter that was just 4 thin slices for several pounds
• The garlic bread starter was good and so was the mix seafood fry up but again you can't go very wrong with frying some squid
• The spinach croquettes were ok too but they could have done with some more herbs and spices
• Dessert we had the waffle with Malaga ice cream
• The waffle itself was a bit hard but the ice cream was delicious
• The sangria was also pretty good so it's a good thing to order
• Especially since it's a well known chain and the staff were very friendly so the service was pretty good
• Unfortunately the food was not the best so I'm glad I did not have to pay for it
