  • The burgers are perfectly marinated and prepared

  • The money that one will have to shell out is much but every bit worth it

  • I also had a little bit of campari champagne cocktails and cahrcuterie which was really amazing

  • This restaurant is really a good one to have a filling meal

  • The ambiance of this restaurant is like that of a lounge

  • The food tasted great and the place was packed with people

  • The char grilled Octopus was smashing and delectable

  • The cocktails are quite good too

  • The food at this restaurant is so delicious

  • You might think it is straight from heaven

  • The pork and the burgers are a must try

  • The prices are also decent

  • 2 3 dishes per person is recommended as the portion sizes are small

  • The service was such that we felt that all attention was on us

  • The food however was delicious and the service once we were seated rather good

  • Each table was tad bit too close to breath in and squeeze for an average size person through a small gap virtually sitting on their plates

  • Maybe stretch to two people with not completely empty stomach

  • Expensive if portion size is to consider

  • The service was terrible as the waiters kept on taking away our unfinished food

  • The restaurant has newly opened and is always buzzing with people

  • The staff should be more courteous with the customers in order to entice them to visit again

  • Even though the food was delightful

  • Lamb and octopus with bread loaded along with red onions

  • The lamb was a bit hard and he patatas bravas were loaded with paprika which meant they they were too 'dusty'

  • The food was delicious but it was very expensive

  • This bar had plenty of room and was done up beautifully

  • The wine recommended to us was also great

  • Coming here was a rather random decision and indeed a good one

  • The food here was excellent and delicious

  • The staff too was impeccable and did not disappoint

  • The location of this restaurant is very convenient and it also has a great view

  • The service is quick and efficient

  • The quality of the food is also very high

  • It is one of the best places places here if you are having a craving of Spanish food

  • Opera Tavern (Covent Garden) is just opposite the theater

  • Waiters are really helpful advising you on the best in their menu

  • Opera Tavern (Covent Garden) is not worth the hype that it has created around itself

  • The tortilla was actually a slice of pizza

  • Despite ordering a number of servings we were still hungry

  • At the time they were offering food at 50%

  • Except a few misses like the texture of some meats we ordered were to rare to eat

  • The restaurant above is my apparent choice

  • The one thing that I like about Opera Tavern (Covent Garden) is that it isn't just Spanish but they are traces of French and Italian flavours in the menu as well

  • The range of dishes is pretty innovative and interesting

  • The wine lit is also pretty good

  • The only drawback of Opera Tavern (Covent Garden) is that you can get carried away easily with the wide range of options available and end up with a large bill

  • Even thought the table behind us was empty which was quite surprising

  • The male bar staff was quite friendly but the bar was chaotic

  • The patata braves were more like chips while the tortilla is good

  • The lamb was quite good but as mentioned above the quantity was too less to fill our stomachs

  • I would recommend them to pay attention to their service as I would be good for them if the staff is a bit more friendly

  • We visited Opera Tavern (Covent Garden) on Saturday for lunch after seeing the reviews and we were quite impressed with the whole experience

  • The food was awesome and the service was great as well

  • We loved the various tapas dishes along with the wine recommended by the manager

  • The experience was brilliant and would love to come back here again when in town

  • Opera Tavern was a brilliant choice

  • The timing of when each plate was brought out was perfect

  • Me and my partner are huge fans of Tapas but this was different class

  • Every dish was amazing but two that stood out for us

  • Wherever we go its a must and these were enjoyable to eat due to the smallness of them

  • The girlfriend was too although she was sceptical about eating ears at first haha

  • On top of that we had chicken thigh with walnut dressing and lamb with goat's cheese

  • We decided to share a cold choc fondant with espresso ice cream which went down a treat and topped off the whole night

  • Coffee lovers they know there is nothing better than ending a meal with a coffee taste at the end

  • What good is it if the fine dining scene is spectacular but the street food scene is uninspiring

  • I've always loved burgers and it is a meal pretty much everyone enjoys and loves so I thought it would make the best test of the culinary foundations of London

  • I have tried to capture all sorts of atmospheres with the restaurants from the burgers made in the dingy corners of Soho to the more decadent burgers made in glamorous Mayfair

  • BAR BOULUD This was my second visit and fortunately

  • We managed to avoid the pre theatre rush and were seated immediately

  • The restaurant was surprisingly non descript and lacked character in comparison to Salt Yard its sister restaurant in Fitzrovia

  • Our waitress also struggled to assist us with a choice of white wine and warned us that the Grilled Beef Bavette with Trevise

  • I queried why the restaurant was willing to offer a dish that its staff do not condone

  • Her description was enticing until she

  • Opera Tavern is a wonderful restaurant located in the hustle &

  • So Opera Tavern was an excellent choice of Michael&rsquo

  • Opera Taven is a really great restaurant in terms of service

  • Their tapas options are really varied so that there is something for everyone and the quality of their ingredients are great

  • The venison haunch and the roasted heritage carrots were my other favourite dishes of those we sampled

  • The house red is only £

  • Really nice place but the bill does add up quickly and the portions are fairly small

  • Tapas selection was pretty okay

  • The crab croquettes were a bit too fishy in my opinion

  • Well the Spanish ham were nice and the chorizo was okay as well

  • The most impressive part was the basil sorbet served on the sea bass ceviche

  • San Carlo Cicchetti next door is another story

  • Pan seared Scallop with butternut squash puree

  • Buffalo Mozzarella and Heritage Tomato salad with Grilled Peaches

  • Chocolate Fondant with Salted PX Caramel

  • Opera Tavern is a Spanish restaurant in Covent Garden specialising in Tapas

  • Spreading across two floors with a wine bar downstairs and restaurant seating space on the top floor

  • The signature Courgette Flower Stuffed with Goats' Cheese with honey has a lovely crisp texture and a well balanced flavours of sweet and savoury notes

  • Rico Pork and Foie Gras Burger for me is a winning formula

  • The richness of the Foie Gras works so well with the oily and nutty profile of the pork meat

  • Downstairs there is a bar you can sit at and some smaller tables

  • The dishes are pricey for tapas at £

  • 6 8 per dish but offer high quality ingredients that are well worth paying

  • The Covent Garden restaurant has a romantic feel to it and with its delectable food it's become an immediate favourite for the area

  • Croquettas of ham were very good and I can particularly recommend the Iberia Pork and foie gras burger for which they are justly famous

  • The olives were tasty and the croquettes were out of this world

  • The quality of the food is 5/5 but the price is too high

  • 70 for what we ordered i thought that was way too much

  • The second establishment to be bestowed with the honour of a five stuffed pepper review

  • The restaurant is situated just off Covent Garden on Catherine Street

  • The downstairs is more of a wine bar

  • My boyfriend and I were seated in the corner which was very cosy

  • The walls are adorned with old opera and concert posters

  • It all feels rather refined (this is the kind of place where there is hand cream and wicker basket of fabric hand towels in the loo)

  • Also it's amazing with side sauce

  • Different type of salted caramel with chocolate type

  • When my parents were in town last week to see Shakespeare in Love

  • Their iberico pork burger are especially good and having tried their other pork dishes

  • Opera Tavern (Covent Garden) is a true gem in the heart of London

  • The wine list is amazing and the waiters are very knowledgeable about the menu and ready to make an expect recommendation
