Jamaican Grillhouse (Soho)

• Working in Soho I came here for lunch with 3 work colleagues for some Caribbean food
• It was pretty filling and would be an ideal lunch choice with the cold now hitting us
• I have been twice to this restaurant and only once was the service any good
• So the service is inconsistent but the food is consistently good
• The prices are reasonable with the portions generous
• The ambiance is also cool and comfortable
• Who after our meal was done snatched the cash out of my hand without so much as a thank you
• The delivery service of this joint is absolutely pathetic
• Jamaican Grillhouse (Soho) is a sorry experience
• The dumplings were in fact absolutely according to my liking but for the tasteless topping of salt fish
• Jamaican Grillhouse (Soho) offers really good food and the portions are always quite huge
• Jamaican Grillhouse (Soho) is fairly decent and that is what I can say about it
• The food here is delightful and absolutely delectable
• The dishes were well prepared and well presented
• The restaurant is not that big and spacious though
• On visiting Jamaican Grillhouse (Soho) we were immediately seated within a couple of minutes of our arrival
• The service was very efficient and quick
• The food served was fresh and tasted very exquisite
• The food is excellent and is cooked to perfection with wonderful flavours in it
• The service is pretty quick and efficient with the staff being quite warm and friendly
• Even though the food presentation is not that good but it tastes delicious
• I had my doubts about Jamaican Grillhouse (Soho) but it surprised me with its amazing food
• The working of the place can overwhelm you as it is quite confusing from the moment you enter
• The food had the perfect flavours and was very well presented
• The ambiance is good and quirky and the decor is also quite appealing
• The service is a bit slow though and my order took 25 minuted to arrive
• The service was pretty efficient with the staff being quite warm and friendly
• I don't understand whether to laugh or to crib about my recent experience with the staff of the restaurant
• The service lacked efficiency but the staff member were really supportive and cooperative
• The food at Jamaican Grillhouse (Soho) was amazing and fantastic and a great value for your money
• I ordered Jerk chicken along with rice and a mango smoothie to drink
• The decor of Jamaican Grillhouse (Soho) is very simple and soothing
• Jamaican Grillhouse (Soho) is great for a basic meal with no frills and very affordable prices
• The atmosphere is very relaxing and cosy as well
• Other drinks are quite great
• If you are hungry and you are looking for nice Caribbean food then this is one place that you must visit
• I think my order was just appropriate
• Mutton curry with basmati rice called for a sumptuous meal
• The restaurant is a nice and cosy place and you are greeted very politely by the servers
• The food was served generously and the meat was flavoured so well
• I ordered a variety of dishes which were all delightful and full of unique Caribbean flavour
• They offer mutton curry with rice and peas but they could have reduced the prices a bit to make the whole experience better
• The salt was a little less and the sauce was a little less too
• I can't quite put my finger on what was so different about it
• Their food is worth a try though
• My last visit to Jerk City was sadly a big disappointment
• I remember a few years back when the service was great and the quality of food unparalleled
• I wasnt impressed with the place at all with its back ally look and feel in soho
• I did have buffalo wings as starters which was very tasty
• Main course was rice and jerk chicken with alot of sauce all over
• It was tasty with the crisp top well flavoured
• I asked for a starter and was simply told
• The salad on the side was the only thing that didnt appear to be a few days old
• I just dont understand how anybody can serve food with that sort of service
• I've been here 3 times with the same order each time (a simple beef pattie)
• The cashier was rude to me
• The cashier was on the phone for ages
• Well it wasn't necessary they weren't obviously in the queue so it wasn't like I was pushing in
• Then she actually didn't have the beef pattie in stock so I was like 'oh okay that's fine' and I left
• Fair enough that the pattie was out of stock
• That's not the issue the issue is that she has always been rude to me
• Is never the same way with other customers
