• I wasnt too impressed with the cashew chicken
• Make sure you come here early as it is often packed with people queuing for seats and takeaways
• I frequent this establishment whenever I am in Bayswater and some of my favourite dishes are the roast duck (off the bone)
• At first I was disappointed that Gold Mine was a Chinese restaurant my friend had tricked me into thinking we were going to an actual goldmine in London
• The first thing I noticed when arriving at Gold Mine was not actually that it wasn't a goldmine (I'm not that stupid but I got your attention for this review right
• As I always know a Chinese restaurant is good when I'm one of the few non Chinese people dining there
• You know that this is the authentic cuisine and not the lemon chicken and chips that I am used to in my more provincial abode in South Wales
• Not long enough to make you annoyed enough to yell at a random hobo on the street) we were seated on a large table that was more than adequate for our small party
