  • I went for beef and red wine pie with chips and vegetables

  • The pie filling was lovely and warming

  • The red wine gravy that was in it gave it a rich aftertaste (it also complemented the second bottle we bought soon after getting our food)

  • The pastry was pretty dense and wasn't as crispy as I tend to like it
