Coffee Max (Tooting)

• Coffee max is a great spot for lunch
• This used to be my usual spot for breakfast where I used to start my day with a medium cafe latte and chocolate cake
• Our favourites are the burgers
• The waiting service was majorly poor the last few times we went and is now at a level where I won't go there anymore if there are more than 3 or 4 occupied tables
• Can be tough when you're with young kids
• The very inexperienced waiting staff kept telling me they didn't know how long and there was nothing they could do
• Such a shame as the food is rather good
• The Sea bass was pretty bland last time I had it but generally the food is always good
• I went to Coffee max with my husband
• My husband put his arms around me while we were watching and the restaurant chef came up to us and said that this behaviour is inappropriate and customers are complaining
• After we were finished with our food we asked for the bill
• When the bill came it came with a note that said
• We requested to speak to the chef that left this note and his attitude towards us was appalling and rude
• It was disgusting that we were being spoken to like that considering I am there regular customer
