Caffe Vergnano 1882 (South Bank)

• Delicious coffee served with a yummy dark chocolate and they bring water with the coffee as standard
• A seemingly normal cafe with a wide range of cakes and pasteries on offer and selection of great coffees
• The hot chocolate consists of a silky smooth texture which is not only available in pure but also in half and half for those who like less decadence
• This pure hot chocolate is not for the faint hearted and can a meal in itself
• A great Italian cafe with an established style and originality
• Caffe Vergnano 1882 is situated in South Bank
• Close to the Royal Festival Hall with a view towards the river
• It has a range of desserts and coffees but my tops are the brownies and the Italian Frappe
• Outside there are just a few which is a bit of a downside
• The cafe gets busy on weekends but it is always worth waiting for something sweet or just an espresso
• The service was terribly slow and the staff were so disappointing in their behavior and attitude
• A group next to us was told to leave as they did not order enough on time
