  • Arrived today to try this much awaited restaurant and was pleasantly surprised at first

  • The food was pretty average and the staff were not really enthusiastic enough for my liking

  • I reckon nandos would be the best bet if your looking for chicken

  • Would be cheaper too Otherwise the other bits on the menu are worth a shot

  • The kitchen is open with the restaurant and we saw the chef suck and lick his fingers then plate up customers food

  • To top it all off we were served RAW chicken

  • I was relatively excited to see Cocorico (Whetstone) as I passed by everyday to and from work whilst they were working on the site

  • The grilled chicken is something we would all rush back

  • As they have only been opened for a week or so we were maybe expecting a few hiccups as it is the norm for a new place

  • The waitress tried to impress by saying they were owned by someone who managed another local restaurant

  • Unfortunately the service we received was so terrible

  • I have never been so disgusted with a restaurant

  • When we did get it it was very disappointing

  • We expressed to 2 of the staff and was ignored by both

  • Chopsticks exchange was better and that's saying something

  • The food is delicious and the prices are hard to beat anywhere round here

  • All three of us spent the weekend with abdominal cramps and diarrhea

  • The ambiance is very chilled out and relaxed

  • Ideal place to go with friends to chill out

  • A waiter came over to seat us I enquired if they were halal he simply said yes and handed us a menu

  • I was then seen by a female waitress who was helpful and kindly showed me a certificate

  • The service was great and the food was yummy

  • Our pastas were just as delicious

  • Both servings were plentiful and delectable

  • The family owners are also relatives of Al Fresco (opposite) and although it's a similar menu

  • We attended for a big birthday function with an excess of 40 guests and were told from the moment we arrived we must be ready to leave by 8pm

  • Drinks took forever and some were even forgotten

  • Needless to say to prove a point we were ready to leave by 7.45pm and then waited over 20 mintues before all tables were billed to leave

  • Such a shame as I have attended this restaurant several times in the past and hence why it was our choice to celebrate
