The Chunky Teapot (Sidcup)

• The staff that I interacted with on that day were a delight
• I feel I owe it to whom ever is managing it to report on a certain staff member that made it such an unhappy experience for us
• My friend and I brought in both our babies who are both around the one year old mark
• I asked the lady at the counter to flush my bottle through with some water so I could give my son a little treat of a small banana milkshake in his bottle a bit later
• She 'bravely' breastfed for a year with her son"
• I decided to shrug the comment off and continue lunch with my friend and our children and say nothing
• To point out assumed failings we were making in not coming out prepaired because the weather had turned cold (we both had jumpers
• We were the last people there a full hour before closing and twice I had to ask her to bring back items I was not finished with
• Twenty minutes before closing she kept coming over to lift up my teapot lid to see if I was finished yet
• I am very sad that this has really turned me off of a place that was so local to my home
• I had the Nutella Milkshake which is a delicious steal for the price and the Toasted teacake with jam great on price again
