  • Whilst food is not amazing

  • The service is good but normally slow so it is a good idea to order bread basket or olives while you wait

  • Menu is reasonably priced and they have two or three course set menus which are even better value

  • The ambience is warm and comfortable

  • Everything good about Carluccio's (Canary Wharf) is now mentioned in past tense

  • Carluccio's used to serve amazing food complimented with amazing service

  • The food itself is reasonably priced and portions are fair

  • I also noted that there is a wide choice of meals

  • We ordered the mushroom soup (it wasn't a typical creme of mushroom soup) with freshly baked focaccia which was decent

  • Lasagne and ravioli with spinach and ricotta were cooked well

  • T The tables are too closely packed together

  • Can't say I was impressed with the food though

  • Consisted of egg parpadelle with a mix of mushrooms porcini

  • Catching someone's eye was a bit of an issue

  • The deluxe antipasti platter was wonderful and I could have happily had that as my main

  • The Hot chocolate was delicious and I could have got through a few of this

  • A place to while away an afternoon with decent food

  • Their food is fairly good

  • Some dishes are even very good

  • When the waitress saw me struggling with cleaning it

  • Their set menus are really cheap

  • When I pass by Carluccio's (Canary Wharf) it's always vibrant and full with people at all times

  • I warn that it is extremely busy at lunch time and sometimes I had trouble hearing myself think

  • Where a vada is an indian dish made from lentils and spices and fried

  • Carluccio's (Canary Wharf) was completely full and we waited in queue to eat here

  • Once we started eating is when I realised the reason

  • The perfectly done pasta with its condiments were all out of the world

  • Being vegetarians we ordered a few other dishes as well and everything was so fresh and tasted so good

  • The service was quick too owing to the amount of people being served

  • Saturday morning brunch is my favourite meal of the week and I'd been struggling with it here in London

  • S is only a 5 minute walk away and near the tube so it suited us perfect as we were heading out for the day

  • The place is big and spacious with a nice layout

  • Tomato and bread with a juice and a coffee)

  • Overall it was a good breakfast

  • I fondly remember the days when Italian restaurants meant romantic dates (yes there was indeed such a sweet

  • Everything is just bland and sad

  • The appetisers were tiny in size

  • Appetisers we went with 3 small plates Crisp breadsticks wrapped in parma ham

  • Waiting time was 10 mins (at 12.45 on Monday afternoon)

  • The ambiance is good and the staff is quite friendly as well

  • Requests for outside tables with electronic bookings aren't guaranteed

  • I was disappointed to see that tagliata di manza for two to share is no longer on the menu

  • The lunchtime set meal is good value at £

  • The dressing was a plain vinaigrette served on the side

  • My colleagues who had chosen mushroom soup for a starter were cooing with delight

  • I tasted one of the ravioli with spinach and ricotta in sage butter that another colleague was having

  • Also during the week they do takeaway pasta with chicken Milanese which is also a great change to the numerous sandwich/coffee shops that are usually on offer for lunch

  • Outstanding stuff with a good selection of wines

  • Good Italian food with varied options

  • The location is super nice too (by the river)

  • Carluccio's at canary wharf is a place where you can witness the life of a corporate in London's fanciest place to work at

  • I ordered for their infamous zuppa di funghi soup made in a porcini broth with different kinds of mushrooms

  • The coffee was a little sad and didnt look too good

  • The bread along the soup was not fresh at all

  • I had the coffee ice cream and lemon sorbet which was served with a crisp Carluccio's biscuit

  • The caramel chocolate syrups drizzled on vanilla gelato ice cream with amaretto biscuits

  • The service was super slow and the food was average
