  • Brazil is known for its Beef and once a Brazilian friend told me that if there is one thing he misses in London is the Brazilian beef

  • We ordered the Chicken Coxinhas and Malagueta Prawns which were in fairness

  • Both Malagueta Chichen and Steak were a disappointment

  • The ambience is quite distinct and the service was impeccable

  • Else there are lot better places to enjoy steak

  • Anyway what drew us to Cabana (Stratford) was its halal listing in the Westfield directory turns out it's only the chicken that is Muslim friendly but that's more than enough for us

  • The real gimmick here is the rolling open order you have on the BBQ

  • Think Yo Sushi but with meat and you'll get what I mean

  • Went to all the food places within the mall and it was packed up with people

  • The smell of grills hit you as you open the door as the giant grill bar is right next to the door

  • The setting was calm with Brazilian music playing quite loud in the background

  • No sides came with the mains and when asked how big the portions were

  • Was glazed with this brown sauce tasted like BBQ and honey

  • The meat underneath was quite plain

  • Rump steak was probably the size of a saucer

  • It tasted delicious with the dipping of their Malagueta Chilli Sauce that&rsquo

  • The portion was less than a handful served in a small metal bucket

  • Westfield is along with its shops as a lot of Halal restaurants to choice from

  • Among the restaurants is Cabana and Brazilian style BBQ restaurant with a very similar look a feel to Wahaca

  • I came here on a Monday evening with a friend I already knew that Cabana served Halal Chicken only

  • It was also on tasecard which means 2 for 1 discount which is always a plus

  • The restaurant is colourful and has a very laid back casual atmosphere

  • Staff where friendly and we were looked after

  • Tasty food is spicy and full of flavours

  • The prawns where juicy and big and I really liked the sauce they were marinated in

  • The food is served off a skewer that is brought from the BBQ to your plate

  • The Chicken was nicely cooked through

  • I was a bit disappointed to find that all I got was just 4 pieces of BBQ chicken and some red peppers

  • You also have to PAY for sauces which is a bit cheeky

  • You get around a table spoon which is just not enough

  • ) Which was a toasted Syrian flatbread filled with spicy Malagueta chicken

  • Fresh pineapple blended with coconut cream

  • They have added new items along with a brilliant new sauce

  • Friends who are not vegetarian seemed to enjoy the food here

  • It is not the best place to eat if you are vegetarian as there is a limited choice

  • The first time I tried cabana it was really good nice atmosphere

  • Second time round I felt the portion decreased in size and was completely satisfied with the meal

  • When Wahaka is just around the corner

  • Superfluously topped with passion fruit sauce (I think they might have scrapped this from the menu now)

  • Our waitress was a rude too

  • The guacamole was pretty flavourless with soggy corn chips

  • In all honesty with Wahaca right next door

  • The food portions are invariably too small the service sucks because there are an insufficient number of staff

  • I have eaten here twice and only gave the eatery a second chance because the skewered kebab meat is absolutely fabulous

  • Food at Cabana really has a unique taste and a great depth of flavour that is very different to the standard offerings found everywhere else

  • This really is unacceptable

  • Either my partner and I have been extremely unfortunate or Cabana (Stratford) is very penurious

  • Not always the biggest portion size for thd amount paid but the food is favoursome

  • The one I visited is located at Westfield Stratford City&rsquo

  • The flavours and ingredients are indeed Brazilian

  • Cabana (Stratford) is right outside Westfield mall in Stratford so perfect place to be after you are done with your shopping

  • The food here is amazing and the service too

  • Cabana (Stratford) would be fantastic if the food was consistent

  • The sweet potato fries and nachos were both wimpy
