• There are no shortage of established hotels in the area and with a sister property
• ETM group are their food and drink partner with a cocktail bar and restaurant on the ground floor
• ETM group is a well known player on the circuit with classy pubs and bars dotted around the place
• Just around the corner is The Botanist behind Liverpool Street Station
• S a very well laid spot with the bar on the right and the restaurant on left
• The restaurant is quite informal with a menu of sharing dishes leaning towards the Med
• We had a selection of dishes that included an interesting Venison meatball dish with blue cheese and pickled garlic
• The Yellow fin tuna tartare was fresh and tasty with the spiced crab with apple and cucumber was delicate on the tongue
• The hearty portion of charred bavette was served medium rare the way I like it
• To tick the carb box we had potato with grilled octopus and paprika
• The icing on the cake for me was the curious mix of lobster on a bed of succulent pork belly &ndash
• Especially as it was the first week of opening
• The service was quick and friendly with all hands on deck getting used to the flow of being open
