Boho Mexica (Spitalfields)

• Probably started with the instant success of Wahaca and sees no end
• Accompanied by the topos with guacamole and salsa &ndash
• This is the best test of a Mexican restaurant
• The ceviche was outstanding
• The food in general was definitely up to the mark
• You'll find it tucked next to Hawskmoor but the two are worlds apart
• Served on a huge plate with a salad (got to have some greenery on there somewhere
• Were chicken and served with a choice of salsa verde (less spicy) or salsa roja (spicy)
• Ashley went for the sauteed octopus and calamari with chipotle chili and onions
• That come served with fresh mini tortillas for your own wrapping experience
• The service was a little slow to start but then nicely attentive once we'd ordered
• We went in just after the restaurant opened at teatime and it was quite quiet
• Considering it was quiet the service from the staff was quite poor as it took them 15 minutes to come and take our order but after that the food was delivered quite promptly
• We started off with some tortilla chips and guacamole which were very nice and quite addictive
• Once they arrived they looked and smelled delicious but unfortunately I was a bit disappointed
• The dining experience was pleasant but I&rsquo
• Mexican cuisine is perfect for when the food itself may not be the main objective of the evening but still a necessity for those not so hard nosed about the "
• The latter was incorrect as we were extremely full but didn't stop me ordering a second anyway
• The food was generally very good with great depth of flavour and that spicy tangy Mexican kick
