  • Great place with amazing atmosphere

  • I took the Cripsy Duck (it was gluten free) and loved my dish too

  • Beach Blanket Babylon is one of best restaurants and bars located in the Nothing Hill area

  • The cuisine is mostly British and European

  • Went there with my best friend and I remembered that had Fillet Steak with a mash potates as a side and my friends had a Pasta Risotto with Wild Mushrooms and parmesan

  • The prices were a bit higher

  • The bartender is one of a kind

  • I absolutely love Beach Blanket Babylon (Notting Hill) the decoration is beautiful it's such a quirky restaurants the cocktail menu is insane so many choices you don't know what to choose and the food is cooked to perfection

  • I immediately fell in love with the ambience

  • We were seated next to the fireplace and it was perfect with the vintage cellar like atmosphere

  • The service was impeccable and the food was great

  • The service was poor throughout

  • So might go back for drinks in what is a lovely looking place

  • When Notting Hill gate carnival was a institution and sleeping was only aload twice a month

  • I might find someone I know in the Chapel where we got married for the second time with my Dear Wife

  • Notting Hill is the place to be

  • Beach Blanket Babylon is just round the corner from the primary coloured Portobello road

  • I visited for a catch up with two of my favourites

  • The interior is pretty exciting to say the least

  • One part of the bar looks very Gaudi inspired with mosaic mirrors swirling about the place

  • This location is just stunning

  • We went there for my birthday and we were just in front of the fire (even if it was september)

  • The interior design are amazing the first impression is absolutely perfect

  • The service unfortunately is really average they bring to us first the entrance and then the drinks

  • The Music was to loud in the restaurant and the price for the meal was expensive compare to other restaurant and about what they offer

  • The bill came with 12.5% service charge which is usual around London

  • Additional tips are usually offered in cash if service is excellent

  • I spoke with management who said that it is their policy to allow guests the opportunity to pay additional service if they like it is the customer's choice

  • Upon arrival we were seen to by reception and then led down to the 'caves' of the restuarant

  • Air conditioning was very low for 30+ celcious weather

  • Only complaint here is that my wifes meal of Mushroom risotto was burning hot

  • That she had to wait before trying it again by which point I had already half way finished with my own dish

  • I thought I'd indulge ourselves with dessert to share between ourselves

  • Then dessert arrived and the size was quite large with custard in a small container to pour ourselves

  • She thought that it was from vanilla pods that they may have used but ntoiced that it wasn't consistant

  • Then looked into the apple pie dish and on the spoon was another part

  • Keep in mind this was in the very dimly lit "

  • Very apparent that the two parts was the body(husk and legs) and the head

  • Called his Manager who apologised and said that our meal was complimentary

  • At this point we are feeling nauseated and angry

  • He then said that he'll contact us(He didin't) all the while more customers were continuing eating their contaminated food and more were coming in

  • I would not have expected such service and cleanlinness issues with such a well known 'posh' restuarant in Nottinghill

  • This restaurant is perfect for date night

  • I liked a lot the decoration and the place is very fancy and adorable

  • Entering BBB is an experience in itself

  • I started my night with drinks at the bars in front of one of the fireplaces with a friend of mine

  • My chosen poison was a magic memory

  • This drink is sweet to the tongue with a gin kick at the end

  • If you love a sweet gin cocktail then this is a must have

  • We headed to a secluded spot upstairs with our own personal waiter

  • Alongside the prawn which is completely saturated in the bisque

  • The Caviar is a small portion

  • That did not deter from the dish as the beef was well seasoned and the truffle oil made the beef carpaccio a little dish of luxury

  • The potatoes are very sweet but not too milky

  • You will love the fillet as it is very succulent and well seasoned

  • The wild mushrooms are a little on the tangy side but are paired well with the beef

  • The staff are friendly and very accommodating with quick service and beautifully presented food

  • Accommodating staff with a laid back home feel
