Bar & Lounge - W London Leicester Square (Chinatown)

• The tea selection was out of this world
• Mousse cup were really nice
• The waitress were a bit up themselves but you would expect that in that kind of place
• The W hotel bar is one of my favourites in central London
• The W is certainly at its best on a weekend evening
• The crowd is relatively young but there are people of all ages present
• The drinks are expensive and are not particularly unique
• Our individual pots soon arrived along with the three tiered stand made of vinyl records &ndash
• We started with the savoury sandwiches &ndash
• S pouring down buckets and my shoes are starting to squelch
• My new Zara mid season coat with exactly zero buttons is all a flapper around my face
• My umbrella is long abandoned
• Even the gloomiest of days can be lifted with a spot of tea (at least until it reaches an acceptable enough time to drink whisky)
• Sometimes all you feel up to is dragging yourself from bed to sofa and channel hopping in search of Friends reruns
• The drinks there is ok not that much good as much as the design of the lounge
