Pig In A Poke (New Town)

• As it turns out buying the whole pig is fairly expensive
• A roll or wrap is reasonably priced and terrifically tasty
• Portable and comes with cracking crackling
• Ve had our fair share of pulled pork in Edinburgh and so far this is reigning champion
