• It's a great excuse (not that we need one) to go out and try some fabulous cocktails made by some pretty hot bartenders in some of our best bars in the city
• They had teamed up with Darnley's Gin and Porter &
• Rye to bring some very inventive cocktails to the table like Darnleys Gin with Elderflower and pine needles
• Darnleys Spiced Gin with burnt pepper
• Darnleys Gunpowder Gin with vermouth and love
• Alongside this we were treated to some great canapé
• Scallops in chimmichurri sauce with chilli flakes and beef with charcoal mayo
• You must must must order the bread with bone marrow butter
• The steak sordough cooked into perfection and the taste of bone marrow gravy was such complimentary
• The portion was just enough
• Pairing it with a bottle of red wine for three
• The quality of the food was top class and four very happy people enjoyed the culinary experience
