• By the time I was done the fries were cold
• Some of the best burgers in Edinburgh
• I visited recently and ordered the Classic one and it was everything I expected (and more)
• Ve never visited their Glasgow restaurant before but with all the hype I had heard about them coming to Edinburgh I knew it was going to be good
• The restaurant was very busy but the staff accommodated everyone and supplied drinks to those waiting for tables
• Every single member of staff I encountered here were so incredibly friendly and did their absolute best to make sure we all had a fantastic time

• These have to be the best burgers in the Burgh
• Bread Meats Bread (Old Town) has been super busy since it opened but luckily on both occasions we were seated right away by friendly staff
• We started off with the Caramelised Sweet Fries &ndash
• Sweet potato fries with maple syrup
• The Lothian Wolf (their signature burger) which is served with American Cheese
• We were seated next to the open kitchen so we could see exactly what was going on &ndash
• Pulled to order and served with crispy fried onions &
• Chilli and coriander marinated and grilled chicken served with mixed leaves dipped in a spicy Sriracha mayo
• The chicken was grilled to perfection
• The chips are served with gravy (made from the cooked meat juices and fresh cheese curds
• They have some other twists on poutine on the menu but there was no way we could have eaten them too (next time)
• A hazlenut cream and the best vanilla custard we&rsquo
• Your service is exceptional
• We had been to Bread Meats Bread in Glasgow a few times because my boyfriend loves it (he is a big burger fan)
• When I heard that a branch was opening in Edinburgh I knew we had to go ASAP
• I'm happy to report that it is just as good as Glasgow
• The Cali burger is a favourite of mine
• This time I tried a buffalo chicken burger and I was pleasantly surprised that it was chunks of chicken
• It seemed a little disorganised as we were asked a few times by different people if we wanted to order
• Bread Meats Bread is a great place to go for a casual dinner with a group of friends or family
• Been a few times in Glasgow and i'm happy to say that Bread Meats Bread (Old Town) is just as good
• Fancied welcoming them to their new Edinburgh location as I had been really impressed with their Glasgow restaurant when I visited
• I was so happy to find poutine with proper cheese curds here in Edinburgh
• I opted for the poutine with sweet potato fries which was delicious
• Whilst the votes were being counted we carried out a little research into a future contender
• It was the best garlic mayo we have ever tasted so hats off to the chef and thanks for a great experience
• Bread Meats Bread is yet another in a long line of burger joints opening up in Scotland&rsquo
• Within 20 mins the place was pretty much full
• So be prepared to wait but they have crammed in as many tables as possible and the service is quick so you shouldn&rsquo
• Every time I have passed it has been really busy and I didn't k ow if this was because of the food or the fact that it's only a small restaurant
• I mean a double burger inside a toasted glazed doughnut with candied bacon and cheese
• The sweet potato fries are as good as any I have had anywhere else
• The squeaky cheese cubes are a game changer
• I just wish there was a place like this back in the Sheffield area
• Once i informed the waiter the item was promptly taken off the bill and they apologised
• The chicken sandwich which i think is fried but the confidence has now gone
• I also had the fries which for some reason were incredibly dry and hard
• Many of these were also burnt and not edible
• Very disappointed considering the reviews (do not understand why people are complimenting the sides) and how busy the place is
• One of the most delicious burgers that I had for years was in this packed place
• Service was quick and staff members were kind and attentive
• Has a smiley barbecue sauce and the meat was very tender and not dry at all
• The vegan chicken fried burger was a great substitute for chicken burgers
• Family and pocket friendly with a variety of options
• The space itself is not very big but we are very well received by a super friendly and helpful staff
• The hamburgers are very good and if you opt for one that has that shredded steak
• It is advisable to arrive early because there is always a queue and the space is small
• Our experience was spoiled by the disservice extended to us by one of the staff called Alan
• The takeaway was going to take 15 mins
• I ordered the grilled cheese with patty and caramelized onion (i forgot the name
• I ordered 3 different burgers every time and I was never impressed
• The buffalo fries sauce was good but the chips it self was below average
• Awesome quirky interior with nosh to match
• If your in Edinburgh and looking for top nosh this is defo the place
