• We were made to sit for another 15 minutes stating that the dishes are made on an order basis (only to overhear him repeat the order to his junior)
• We also informed him that we had a bus to catch and instead of prioritising (over another takeaway) he stated that there are plenty buses and if we didn't get one LATER
• His sense of talking to a woman is absolutely disrespectful and I guess he lost his manners at some place
• He further argues over while we questioned over the phone as to what is included in the dish and the portions ( I believe as a customer it is our right to do so)
• Such service is absolutely unacceptable and action against People like this should be taken
