Cyprium Bar and Grill (Mid Sussex)

• Was relatively easy but when we went 15mins early we were told to come back although there was space
• Nothing special i am afraid but split into two areas and there does seem to be a private dining room which is closed and seems to be set up as some sort of strange display
• The section we were in was furthest from the Kitchen and seems like a better spot as you can hear your guests and have a normal conversation
• When i asked for a virgin daiquiri with some citrus flavour this was made specially so never be scared to ask
• Please note the menu is different slightly from the one on the Marriott website
• Soup of the day Broccoli and mushroom This was great and loved the taste
• Overall happy with the food and good sized portions
• Not sure if this is made on site and tasted a little rich and heavy on the passion fruit topping so bit zesty and overpowering
• Bear in mind the menu selection is not large and limited vegetarian options but the food is much better than the bar menu which is more extensive but not on the same level
