Pho (Market Street)

• The Corn Exchange in Manchester is having a facelift
• The space looks to be somewhat dedicated to the collection of eateries popping up over the last couple of months with many more to come
• Unimaginative with not much in there apart from the occasional art exhibition (the exhibits were always pretty good though)
• Mine was the chef's special so to speak and my wife's was a prawn based one while mine was more traditionally beef based
• The service was friendly and not in your face but helpful
• Only thing is in good weather its difficult to get a table outside as people hog them not there fault tho I guess and the wine can be pricey but hey I do not min as the food is awesome
• The atmosphere was relaxed and fun
• Our waitress was very helpful and helped to choose a lovely beef pho dish which was both delicious and huge
