Chaophraya (Market Street)

• We started off with the Asian platter for two what stood out for me I guess was the perfect tempura prawn and also the marinated pork for her
• Then we followed up with Thai Green Chicken Curry and The Grilled Peanut Chicken both perfectly delicious
• I was pleasantly surprised when I tried the Peanut Chicken as the peanut sauce is very very well flavoured
• Somehow with that sauce the taste was sort of toned down
• What made the whole night perfect was the ambience of the place
• T cook and is spoiling herself constantly with food she&rsquo
• Reviewing restaurants in manchester had to start with a personal favourite and hence Chaopraya it is
• Just perfect for the dinner dates with your partner
• I must admit I am a little biased when it comes to Thai food but Chaophraya (Market Street) is definitely worth it
• The latter is a much milder lamb and potato curry
• Each of the dishes had their own distinct flavours and were beautifully made
• Another plus point is that its a very good place for vegetarians with a number of choices
• Friends who thought Thai is all about non veg

• It's a beautiful and nice restaurant with a traditional Thai interior design which welcome you with Thai culture
• Chaophraya is a Thai group of restaurants (and bars) owned by Kim Kaewkraikhot and Martin Stead
• We booked out the entire ground floor of Chaophraya on Cross Street for what was a most memorable evening for all of us
• The different assortment of delicious dishes continued to flow with ease throughout the evening and staff made us all feel like VIPs
• Chaophraya is Thai fine dining at its best
• You cannot go wrong with locating a branch near you
• Some of the flavours were just never really my cup of tea

• The food was of great quality and although initially I was concerned the Red Thai Stir Fry dish
• Imm was an excellent waitress she had only been there 4 shifts and she was friendly and efficient
