Zorbas (Bayswater)

• Zorbas (Bayswater) is a 2 min walk from where i live and after having crossed it several time decided to go there for a dinner
• I had been to the other Greek restaurant which is almost adjacent to Zorbas (Bayswater) and the pursuit to try something new instead of tried and tested was miserable on thi occasion
• This was after the fact that there were just 2 of us in the whole place
• The pita bread they serve is not complimentary and is charged
• A serving of rice is 2 3 spoonfuls at best and priced ridiculously
• What was most appalling was the head waiter's dismissive attitude towards our concerns and feedback on the food
• The non existent service is charged for at 12% and unlike most of the places where i have been to (including fine dining) this charge is not discretionary
• I was pregnant when I went with my husband
• Because he is Muslim he doesn't eat pork even if he doesn't mind if the meat is not halal
• A stupid waiter who was just walking around with bread basket in his hand having no idea what to do with it
