  • Overall the food was quite decent

  • Some of the dishes were a little bland and lacked spices

  • The decor of the place is quite nice

  • Very neat and tidy and ties in with their middle eastern/asian theme

  • The chicken tikka was very nice indeed

  • The service was attentive and very friendly

  • The interior of the restaurant is elegant with comfortable seating arranged so that the tables are not close together

  • The 3 course lunch we take had a good variety of choices and the beautifully presented food was incredibly tasty

  • We were greeted with a big smile when we arrived which is always a great start

  • Food was excellent and some of our party are what I would call "

  • The chutneys are lovely though

  • The toilets were also clean which is a plus

  • The waiters are very efficient as they very nicely cater to the needs of large as well as small groups

  • As we were 40 in a group we were placed on one large table

  • The service is still as great as before and the food remains that of god quality

  • The ambiance is a bit dark and could be improved

  • The food here is average and not that great

  • The dishes that we ordered were not that good and very quite average

  • I did so mostly because I was attracted by the chic and elite ambeince from inside

  • The starters served with mango dip and mint yoghurt was an amazing combination and helped balance the flavours perfectly

  • I must say it was as good as my first experience here and did not disappoint

  • My fellow diners were as pleased as I was and I

  • The taste with the flavors were simply too good to be true

  • 'The service was excellent here and the staff appeared to know their work well

  • The dishes are spice oriented suitable for this cuisine

  • We went to Zaza's Restaurant and Grill (Whitechapel) as it was close to our hotel where we were staying and also it was open at eleven pm

  • The food was delectable with mixed grilled as their specialty

  • All the charcoal taste and tandoori flavors were coming in my each bite

  • We were so happy with our experience that we kept going back to the restaurant till we stayed

  • Zaza's Restaurant and Grill (Whitechapel) is much better than its competitors in terms of both food and service

  • The service is impeccable

  • The prices are quite cheap

  • The restaurant is one of my favorite places

  • The food here is great and absolutely delicious

  • The service is great with the staff being extremely hospitable

  • The service is also prompt and quick

  • The ambiance is very pleasant and clean

  • The mango lassi is extraordinary

  • Mostly becuase it was late and other places were not open

  • The lamb used in the dish was fresh and tasted brilliant due to the spices used to marinate it

  • The service is hit and miss and they serve aloo gobi but don't seem to know what gobi

  • I informed them was cauliflower as this was absent from my dish

  • The place is always bustling with desis as well as English people

  • The portions are adequate and the prices are economical

  • Essence to appeal to me and worst Tandoori Chicken which had no spice and was raw boiled chicken with some BBQ sauce sprinkled on top

  • Ambience lacked the crispiness and was very noisy and the staff were in a hurry to get you away

  • Tried Zaza's Restaurant and Grill (Whitechapel) out on the recommendation of a Pakistani friend that is saying something

  • He said that it has the best Punjabi food that you can get

  • Decor wise dont find it great but can overlook that the food is oh so brilliant

  • I visited Zaza's Restaurant and Grill (Whitechapel) with high spirits for having Biryani

  • Also it's customer services and decor are fantastic and well managed

  • Filled with waste and toilet paper (the flushes didn't work) and there was water and dirt on the floor

  • The starters were served luke warm (the plates were hot and it is my theory that they put cold meat on hot plates the perfect temperature for bacteria to grow in meat)

  • The plates were not cleared up before the dessert was served in fact the dessert (fini) was served whilst people were still eating their mains

  • Perhaps this restaurant fares better with regular restaurant service

  • Loved their fresh juice which was actually freshly made

  • The main course was nice aswell

  • The grill chicken was quite dry and burnt

  • The food took some time to arrive though it was hardly busy

  • I had heard mixed reviews about the eatery but we still decided to book as they were set in a good location

  • To be honest it was my second function I had attended and the first time I wasn't disappointed with any thing but just sceptical regarding delivery of service

  • The waiters were exceptional and it was lovely to see the owner also pitching in and ensuring every thing was okay

  • Drinks were flowing and they were very attentive
