There are two pubs next to Hampstead Heath which are the perfect places to go for drinks and dinner after a long afternoon walk
The atmosphere is wonderful (most weekday evenings its comparatively quiet too) and the food is out of this world
On Mondays they also offer BYOB with dinner a great option to save some money and enjoy the great food
Went for a lovely stroll with Sarah M around Hampstead and were in search of a pub with Scrabble to amuse ourselves in
The Wells has a good pub vibe and was fairly busy on a Saturday afternoon
Clearly all the cool folks of North London are hanging out playing board games too
Our snacks of olives and almonds were decent and the food other people nearby ordered looked pretty good
The location is picturesque with the old brick buildings around
