My dear friend and best man Keith accompanied me on this restaurant outing
-
The cool lanterns hanging out the front were nowhere to be seen
-
Bare and stark it was like a different place
-
Flavour wise they were OK but have had better
-
Keith seemed pleased with his Thailand daiquiri Mekhong
-
Next of course was the Thai green curry
-
The chicken was a tad chewy
-
Am still on a mission to find the best green curry in London
-
The side of Spinach with ginger was a favourite
-
Keith opted for the Chilli Lamb Stir fried lamb fillet with red curry paste
-
The coconut rice was very well cooked and flavoured
-
It was about as spicy as it could be without being painful and there was subtle spicing in the sauce
-
We didn't fancy what we guessed was a factory made pre packaged dessert so had ice cream instead
-
What we were served with was not what I was expecting from the menu
-
Were three tiny squiggy bobs with no taste whatsoever
-
One can nearly be fooled thinking that they ordered a salad with a side of squiggy bobs with God knows what meat
-
Next came the main course which was a Thai green curry
-
I scooped out the chicken peices there were like 4 5 squiggies again with peas and spinach which tasted bad
-
My friend had the dish which has stir fried tofu with veggies and cashew nuts
-
All the tofu on his plate were burnt beyond being edible
-
Yes there ice cream was just that not wrong
-
Overall a very dismal experience which ended with me getting very sick within two hours of eating this meal
-
This one felt like green sauce with chicken floating on loads of oil from the sauce
-
When the curry was served on my table
-
Overall it was a disaster
-
The jungle curry is good but spicy
-
Authentic Thai food which was very fresh herb taste in all its dishes
-
The pad Thai was rather an "
-
The staff here were very nice and the pad thai was lovely
-
The red curry was nice except way too much eggplant
-
Thai Square is consistently delicious in all their locations
-
No doubt I could find better Thai food with better quality and taste
-
Offers thai lunch box which is reasonable at price and surprisingly tastes good
