Rocca (South Kensington)

• Visited on a friday night when recommended by the waitress in GBK as there was too busy I have to say it was a good call
• Very tasty food and the staff were friendly (if a little slow in some respects
• It was very busy and we were in no rush so not a problem)
• If you are craving an Italian dish but your goal is to spend a 15 £
• The restaurant is located in the stylish area of South Kensington and the atmosphere is very entertaining
• The staff is formed by many Italians and it is very genteel
• I went there on weekends and it is usually full
• A very casual place where to be with a large group of friends or family
• Actually there were more than two C&rsquo
• My arancini were different to others I&rsquo
• M pretty sure they were meant to have melted to give the arancini their classic gooeyness
• Calamari came in thin rings with a chunky tartare mayonnaise &ndash
• Americana and Napoletana were both very tasty
• All the better for coming to your table with a mahoosive bottle of chilli oil
• They were all in abundance and well complimented with a decent dressing
• Neither the menu nor the ambience is going to rock your socks off here &ndash
• The pizzas were freshly made by hand and for £
• This certainly wasn't the best pizza I have ever eaten
• It was nonetheless a very enjoyable meal in an environment which is vibrant and elegant
• The service was very efficient and the place was not too crowded
• Was told to skip the pasta but the pizza with one size fits all approach and the lovely crunchy sour dough base was delightful
• A bad choice with so many other good restaurants nearby
• The crab pasta was much better and I was really glad I went for two mains or I would have missed out on their amazing pasta
• Pizza tastes really good with Italian flavors
