Restaurant at Tate Modern (South Bank)

• At 50 pounds a head with a glass of wine
• The restaurant at Tate Modern is probably one of my favourite places to eat in London and is something of a hidden gem
• The absolute best thing about Restaurant at Tate Modern (South Bank) is the view one of the best views in London of the Thames and St Pauls
• Our courses were simply delicious and really reasonable value given the location
• Tate Modern restaurant was the most optimal option to take
• It is situated within the art gallery and it is quite comfortable for a coffee or a snack
• The atmosphere is similar to the art gallery itself and what I particularly liked was the different paintings hanged on the walls which enhanced the art culture of the venue
• Another pros of the place is the great view it opens in front of you you can see Thames river and St Paul's in the distance
• The only downside is that the restaurant is a bit expensive but it is definitely all worth it
• Without that kindness touch I am always expecting that someone who deals with people should have
• I agree that it is hardly a place to go to for food but if you are a mum who is trying to instil culture into your child
• The service was very friendly and family oriented
• I miss the times when London used to have a low skyline with only places like the museum standing at only 7th storey could give such an iconic London view
• A semi fine dining restaurant on top of Tate museum with very good view to Thames
• Grilled onion and came with savory green puree
