  • It is a bit of a lifestyle change but is it really that much of a shock

  • Or even starting the day with a health giving breakfast

  • It's a habit I share with a vast number of Britons and one I am making an effort to change

  • Breakfast for me always feels like a pressured meal with barely enough time to settle down before it's time to go

  • To have it on the go which is exactly what the folk at Raw Press are facilitating with their selection of awesome juices

  • Ginger and mint is just the tip of the iceberg as there are 10 juices are in total with the most popular being the 'Number 1 Super Green' (containing cucumber

  • It would be remiss of me not to give this a go no matter how sceptical I was and truth be told

  • It was very good with the coconut water taking the edge off what would've been an otherwise overly raw taste

  • Drawing you in with its cheerful vibes and long communal table

  • Dotted around with newspapers and groovy toasters

  • The juice bar is well stocked with their signature cold pressed elixirs and in addition to breakfast and lunch

  • Usually paired with a combination of their smashing gluten free and vegan salads

  • Tucked away downstairs with only a tight communal table to sit at

  • Breakfasts are really good here

  • You can't go wrong with a big bowl of porridge topped with quality superfoods

  • They do have some yummy healthy treats that are reliably healthy and tasty though

  • Five salads were available to choose from for lunch

  • These were exceptionally simple salads and even someone like myself with no cooking skills could prepare eg chopped tomato

  • The food was bland with no flavour or texture

  • These people are obviously on a different planet this is worst value meal I've ever paid for in my life

  • On Sunday I was lucky enough to be invited to a bloggers brunch at Raw Press Cafe
