  • I was there not long ago with my husband and we were really rushed

  • Before we could even sit down we were asked for drinks then they kept coming over by the minute constantly asking us if we wanted anything else such as the bill etc

  • The food was average at best and I would not really go back

  • When you go out for dinner you don't expect such mediocre food with even worse service for the amount we spent

  • Pinner Tandoori (Pinner) has been in the business for a long time but they are very unoriginal

  • Pinner Tandoori (Pinner) is very old fashioned and their clientele is middle class (and higher) middle aged (and older) people (mostly Caucasian)

  • They are not very welcoming to anyone else that does not fit into that criteria and their food is very ordinary at the most

  • I have been there a few times and in my opinion it is better to go somewhere else

  • Again like what others said that it is average at best but their service could be better

  • Their waiters are hard to find

  • When you need anything they are hardly around and it took quite a while for the food to come out

  • We didn't have to wait long at all food was very prompt and came quickly

  • The butter chicken and jalferzi defiantly the best I've ever had

  • Pinner tandoori 5***** dined with my husband

  • The atmosphere was lovely and calm

  • The waiters were quick and the service was great

  • The food took a while to come out and there was hardly anyone around when needed

  • Racist These people are VERY prejudice the way they have treated me and my family when we were there not long ago

  • I saw the way they were treating their white customers and the way they were with us was just abysmal

  • I see a review down there that says that they are very favourable to their 'gora' customers only and not the Asians (their own people)

  • So I will say that these people are not going to favour ANYONE with dignity and respect unless they are white middle class and higher

  • Not bad at all but their service and treatment of us was just something I was VERY disappointed with

  • The way they even gave us the bill was just with utter contempt

  • Pinner Tandoori (Pinner) was really nice the staff and food was lovely

  • Just reading the comment below I am Asian and I have been here many times I've never been treated unfairly the staff are always friend and food is always on point

  • I would recommend Pinner Tandoori (Pinner) I think the food is lovely as well as the atmosphere

  • So I agree with the asian person that said Pinner Tandoori (Pinner) treats you well only if you are white middle class

  • Their food was OK nothing to rave about and I had no problem with that but the way they treat people could be better

  • The management treated us like we were not wanted or welcomed

  • I get there half an hour later expecting my food to be all ready and all I gotta do is pay and get my food all ready to eat

  • So after like half an hour but then when I got the food home it was getting cold

  • Their waiters are never around when you need them and are always on their phones pressing away

  • Such as customers who are regular that have been going here for years

  • They only seem to favour customers who they have known for years and are regular but if you are a new face then they will not even treat you like you're a customer

  • The reason I go here once in a while is because the last time I was here

  • I see Pinner Tandoori (Pinner) is really trying to emulate Sakee

  • They always said they never liked all this modern contemporary restaurants but then I see that they are copying some other local restaurants

  • The food is average at best and their chicken tikka was a little undercooked too

  • The waiters are hard to be seen when anything is needed and their food is just average at best

  • Didn't think it was as tasty as it is in other Indian restaurants

  • I agree that they are trying to copy the restaurant next door

  • Internet but their service is not as good

  • I noticed the boss of Pinner Tandoori was being quite rude to one of the staff members

  • I understand when it is busy and people are under pressure

  • Things can get heated but this guy was talking to the waiter like he was sub human

  • I did not understand what the boss said but it just felt really bad for the server I felt like saying something to the boss but as I didn't understand what was said I just left it

  • I don't think the management in Pinner Tandoori (Pinner) can handle pressure and that is why they give bad service to their customers

  • The boss loses it when under a little pressure that leads to the staff being complacent and their food is bland for what we pay

  • Me and my partner were in Pinner Tandoori Restaurant as it is a place he knows and recommended it

  • The service is pretty bad

  • Also his paratha was so under cooked that there was some flour still on it and also my Chicken Tikka Masala just didn't taste right at all

  • So many times we have taken food home and saw that a dish was missing or they didn't even write one of the dishes we'd ordered

  • I was pretty flabargasted to see that they had the one TV which was in a corner and you can ONLY see it if you sit by the bar (I guess it's for the staff then)

  • Their service is good too (unlike Pinner Tandoori (Pinner)s)

  • This staff in Pinner Tandoori (Pinner) spoke to me like I was a muppet when I asked if they were showing the match

  • I agree that Pinner Tandoori (Pinner) is VERY unreliable

  • One of the worst incident I had here was their flat beer

  • I complained and told them to change it and when they did it was the same rubbish tasting like pi$$

  • So I asked them to gimme a different one all together BUT then I saw that they are charging me for the beers I sent back

  • They were late with their starters and mains which could have been better (couldn't have been worse) but I was just hungry

  • Their service and food as well as their drinks are very low in standards and since then I hardly go in there

  • I get my takeaways delivered and I eat out other Indian places where their service is just as good and definitely better than Pinner Tandoori's

  • Was here after a while and they are not very friendly to the new customers

  • Just gave us the bill and were ready to fob us off

  • Had better but to be treated the way we were even though we spent more money and also to be given shit service as we were overcharged for what we ate

  • Wish I could say that I'm happy with that but am never going back in there

  • The service in Pinner Tandoori (Pinner) is becoming VERY complacent

  • Not saying young people are lazy but the service in Pinner Tandoori (Pinner) isn't as good as you'd like it to be

  • Even if you are just getting a takeaway

  • The waiting staff are never around when you need service but are quick to give you the bill

  • They have very little selection when it comes to choices of what is available and I think they are serving us leftovers from the weekend in their Sunday buffet

  • It usually means they are going down in standards and in this case

  • I went in to pick up a take away and when I got in I was not happy with the food at all

  • I think the chicken was not cooked properly

  • As it was my first time and I thought OK it was a take away and I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and I went in to have a meal

  • At first we couldn't find anyone cos we were sat in such a corner that no one was gonna see us and we couldn't find anyone to give an order to

  • To start with they were the best (and ONLY) Indian restaurant in Pinner but over the years when they started to get more competitors

  • Their service was getting bad

  • I think they knew that they were closing up so they didn't really care about anything they were doing
