  • The pies were the best i have ever eaten ba

  • I imagine many of you will agree with me when I say

  • It's no surprise that the inspiration behind this establishment's fine pies is the legends of Arsenal's past

  • Each pie is named after an Arsenal great and all are filled with incredible fillings

  • The shelves were stocked with golden crusted gourmet pies ready to be devoured by the awaiting patrons

  • Piebury Corner is no one trick pony

  • Their shelves are stocked with a wide range of British products and with the shop boasting a full license you can even match your chosen pie with a pint of fine British ale or beer

  • This combination is a proven success when wrapped up in a huge stodgy bap from the local hog roast but would it work as well in a pie

  • These things are just too good

  • Filled to the brim with huge chunks of succulent pork and surrounded by sweet and flavoursome apple and stuffing

  • The pastry was light and buttery

  • Heated in the oven with crispy breadcrumbs and a runny egg inside

  • Some of our other favourites were the Ian Wright and the Thierry Henry

  • The old turnstiles turned into tables outside are a genius touch

  • This is the best spot to grab a bite before a game

  • Their taste in music is pretty damn good too

  • My greatest source of fun during my visit was looking at the pies on display

  • Spotting the connections with the Arsenal stars they&rsquo

  • One of the pies with cheese is called &ldquo

  • I know better than to order anything with stilton &ndash

  • I'd like to say I was here on the way to watch a football game but the reason for being in the area was to look at vintage furniture

  • I washed mine down with a can of Beavertown Neck Oil but I'd rather a can of vintage Tennents (pictured) if they were still in production

  • Ambience is decent the formula is pretty simple but quality is middle of the pack

  • The place is very small and all of the tables outside were already taken

  • We were served quickly and there was a good choice of pies and sides

  • The pie was good and we chose roast tats which were very good but a bit over priced
