  • 5 for a mini eclair so I was expecting these to be the best eclairs of my life but they`re just overpriced and except the coffee eclair the rest are just not very good

  • This is some of the best pastry I've ever had

  • The place itself is an instagrammers dream

  • Clairs the place is gorgeous before you even get inside

  • The flavours are constantly changing

  • Indeed if the price was better and opt for different flavours

  • Service is exceptional and was handed a complimentary baked treat

  • The only let down was the service

  • Clair into an edible art piece is simply brilliant

  • Caramel and strawberry and they were all perfectly delicious

  • Not only does it come with an adorable shopfront

  • My favourites are Caramel Choux and Lemon Meringue Eclair

  • I must admit that these little colourful gems are quite pricey&hellip

  • I can wholeheartedly say that they worth the price because they are pretty much the best choux and eclairs I have tasted

  • I think Maitre Choux eclairs are even better than Parisienne&rsquo

  • Of course this is debatable&hellip

  • Probably the best outside of France I ever had

  • The filling was not strong enough

  • Cute little shop with gorgeous eclairs

  • Richly filled inside encasing every inch of the inside allowing a splurge of filling with every bite

  • The topping is delicately placed

  • The original is usually the best and is so in this case

  • The subtle flavouring allows the pecans to be incorporated into the taste where in the dark chocolate is somewhat lost

  • Clairs with a hefty price tag are something to savour and perhaps a one time offer only

  • Situated in beautiful Kensington with shops that require you to spend slightly too much

  • Maitre Choux is not the best place to sit down and have a coffee due it's small size

  • I have to say that it definitely hands down was one of the best chocolate eclairs that I have ever had

  • Salted butter with homemade caramel eclair"

  • The only reason I did not give this patisserie 5/5 is that it is very expensive

  • All in all I feel that the eclairs in this patisserie are spectacular and probably the best in London

  • Especially one that looked as pretty as this one (from the outside anyway) plus the colourful eclairs were definitely appealing to the eye

  • The establishment is pretty small yet none of the 3 noticed that I had entered or was browsing

  • I warn you now these little pastries are pretty expensive around £

  • 6 each and to be honest as good looking as they are the taste doesn't match (although I am fairly fussy) and we didn't finish them

  • The window display is a rainbow of eclairs

  • I ordered a hazelnut one (gold) and strawberry (pink) along with a hot chocolate

  • South Kensington is not foreign to French delicatessens

  • Maitre Choux is eclair heaven &ndash

  • Firstly they are tiny didn't taste particularly fresh and lacked flavour considering all the pompous and elaborate decor I was expecting a foodgasm in my mouth but found it lacking

  • The service was poor and the place itself lacked love felt almost clinical and unwelcoming

  • Oh Maitre Choux has taken over London with flashy é

  • The shop window of Maitre Choux is by a side corner proudly displaying the well crafted eclairs filled with varied sensationally creams decorated with toppings

  • Round choux are also displayed by the window

  • The pastry casing filled with flavoured creams

  • When I reached the cafe it was around 6 pm and most of the flavors were sold out

  • Is to see Maitre Choux (South Kensington) with my very own eyes (and my pair of glasses)

  • Choux and chouquettes pastries are crafted by Michelin Star chef

  • My favourite flavours is Spanish Raspberry Pink eclair

  • Filled with a soft mousse with a tinge of rose water

  • The croquettes were really well fried as well

  • Okay so Maitre Choux (South Kensington) was thoroughly hyped and came well recommended by quiet a few of my friends

  • Flavour as we expected a FOODGASM OR SOMETHING THAT WOULD Tantalise our tastebuds plus they are slightly smaller

  • Ambience and Service is very clinical

  • Staff and the place lacks warmth which for us is a requisite for any thriving patisserie or bakery as baking involves a whole lot of love and care too

  • Flavour combinations are unique and quite simply a delight

  • Highly recommend any of the ones with hazelnut or praline

  • An oblong pastry made with choux dough filled with cream and topped with icing

  • Fresh strawberries with pistachios and hints of mint

  • I will have to go back to the the rest of what is on offer truly amazing

  • Joakim Prat is a three Michelin star pastry chef

  • This was a busy store and there were plenty of people more than happy to try them out too

  • At Maitre Choix they go all out with custom printed chocolates

  • A popular French patisserie with daily baked goodies

  • Maitre Choux is probably one of my closest Michelin encounters so far

  • Because otherwise 6 pounds for a pastry that disappears in 2 bites is a little steep

  • Not the eclairs were actually the highlight for me

  • The Arabic coffee and the Turkish hazelnut with pralines absolutely delicious

  • As someone who loves eclairs like there is no tomorrow

  • My expectations were met with disappointment

  • The dough was too salty and the eclairs were old already

  • LondonDesigner cake boutiques are scattered across the capital like confetti

  • This part of London is quite possibly the most expensive

  • Just off Cromwell Place sits Harrington Road where the shop is located and to be honest you can&rsquo

  • The place was empty when we walked in with limited seating for those of you who would like to sit and enjoy a coffee along with your choux pastry of choice

  • The display of choux eclairs was like a rainbow with so many choices of what to go

  • The price for one eclair is expensive (4 6 pounds) but the quality says it all

  • One of the best places in London that serves delicious eclairs

  • Maitre Choux (South Kensington) is the place for it

  • The combination is just too good

  • Really delicious eclairs with great coffee

  • The 2 lovely ladies at the counter were very helpful

  • I have to say the pistachio was my favourite

  • The coffee eclair however was a perfect finish

  • S like finishing your meal with an espresso
