• Once with chinese friends (it means the food is really good and authentic)
• The way chinese to do it is putting many plates in the middle to share everything
• The waiters are very welcoming
• The service is quick and neat
• The food quality is slightly better than average
• Their positive ratings are because they're the only Chinese restaurant in the area
• The servers are beyond rude
• The dim sum is an uninspiring
• I dont doubt that some of their dim sums are from frozen brands

• Amazing how the waiters managed to get across their surly attitude when I was in the restaurant for about 10 seconds collecting a takeaway order
• It is not that the food is bad or the price
• The staff's only goal is to get your table clear as soon as possible
• They are such racists to their own race(if you are Chinese or Asian)
• While they are very friendly to the white people only
• The services are ridiculously RUDE
• Their food is just very average
• They would kick you out to another small table when you are actually having your food
• I tried really hard to ignore every single time how I was treated for the sake to eat dim sim without the need to go to Piccadilly Circus
• The experience in the restaurant is beyond acceptable and this is the end for me
• Make sure you are not waiting for anyone else
• If you do just forget about being seated even if the place is completely empty
• No matter if the whole restaurant is totally empty you will be seated at the smallest possible table accommodating the people you are with
• Another story is that their English is terrible bad
• Instead of the glass of tap water (which they might have taken from the restroom) garnished with a slice of lemon
• Just chose that what sounds good to you again don't ask for help unless you are already in bad mood and looking for fight
• Dim sum is served with a tiny plate of Chinese chilly oil sauce
• No matter whether you eat alone or with 10 more people you will get a 1 small plate with sauces
• At no point anyone will care if the food they served is liked by you or if you want something else
• One positive note as soon as you are done with something the plate will be taken away
• Don't get happy so quickly this is not because they want you to not have a mountain of plates in front of you
• If you stay for bit longer with full plates
• Like it or not you have to pay and if not they will threaten you with calling the police
• I insisted on staying on the ground floor as there were free tables and as expected i got screamed at
• The manager was more than aggressive
• I tried to understand how I deserved this attitude but all I got was some barking in Chinese
• When the police understood that the lady was in her period and just wanted to screamed at everyone for no reason
• The manager gave me her name which is most likely fake but I did my research and would like to share the real company and people behind the company running Jia (South Kensington)
• The experience in Jia is beyond ridiculous and I will NEVER EVER spend a penny in Jia (South Kensington)
• STAY AWAY unless you are looking for someone to ruin your mood and treat you like s ***
• While South Ken is somewhat of a desert for good restaurants
• The dishes at Jia are hit or miss
• It seems like you are more of a nuisance than the source of their livelihood
