The Little Thai (Belsize Park)

• I was quite surprised by the rather handsome interior but we are in Hampstead in the end so everything has to have a bit of a polished touch
• I ordered a vegetarian garlic coriander stir fry which was actually ok
• Though the brown rice was slightly overcooked not as much as the noodles that my friend ordered though
• As the room was really stuffed
• Thankfully fresh air is not something Hampstead is in deficit of
• I went back as I was dying from starvation when in the area
• I was there with a group of friends I havnt seen in ages and we laughed and laughed until we were more or less kicked out
• The pad kra pau was the best I've had in 5 years (when I lived for 3 months in thailand) and all the appetisers were yummy
• The restaurant is hard to miss
• Visiting from Dubai where there are a number of authentic Thai restaurants
• I found the food from The Little Thai mild (which is a polite way of saying bland) and sweet
• What saved the day (only just) was the Yam Woonsen
• Ve had a few dishes but my all time fav is the beef massaman curry
• They were very understanding with having a couple of orders tweaked due to allergies or dislikes
• Perfect place to go with friends and/or family
