The Laughing Halibut (Westminster)

• I came across the Laughing Halibut as I was walking around the Westminster area
• The restaurant is relatively small and they operate an open kitchen format
• The entire meal cost me around 10 pounds which I think is reasonable in London
• Truly is a good place to have dinner with your friends if you are in this area
• I went there for Fish and chips and was really well prepared
• They have the best fish and chips
• I do not really agree with the reviews here
