• Service was casual but impeccable with new cutlery brought between courses
• My companion had that the courgette flower with goats curd and honey
• Mains I had the vegetarian roast artichoke served with roasted new potato and sauteed cavolo nero
• My companion's order of truffle gnocchi was outstanding
• Beautiful texture with respect to the gnocchi which can vary from pillowy to dense
• The version at Jones and Sons was soft but really chewy so absolutely perfect for my taste
• Truffle flavour was pronounced and there were a lot of sauteed wild mushrooms and paper thin parmesan shavings
• The house red is a reasonable £
