I called the next morning to check with lost property and a man very politely told me that he had it and that I could come and collect it any time
Unfortunately when I did go back a lady (who turned out to be the manager) looked very stressed when I asked about the scarf and was incredibly reluctant to help me
She went walking in and out of the office pretending to look for something and was incredibly confrontational the whole time
Weirdly enough my friends scarf which she lost on the same night was in the bin bag but not mine
Not only because my scarf was stolen but also because of the manager attitude
It's a Shame that there is no way for me to speak to someone more senior than the idiotic person they call manager at Jerusalem Bar & Kitchen (Fitzrovia)
