Incanto (Harrow)

• Very nice italian food with awesome ambience and you can enjoy the weather of the high street
• 31 for two people which is fair enough
• The food at Incanto lives up to this claim as it is very inventive
• I ordered the cod with charcoal mayonnaise
• A dish which was new to me and absolutely delicious
• My partner had brill with a very unusual cockle
• The Incanto portion sizes are more than generous so the food was filling as well as top quality
• The service is excellent with brilliant waiting times for food coupled with very polite and friendly staff
• The whole area is bright and airy with comfortable spacing between tables and a sophisticated ambiance
• Menu prices are not cheap but represent value for money given the quality of the ingredients and the care and attention which obviously goes into preparing the food
• The flavour combinations are so on point the chef knows what he is doing
• The dish I would recommend is the ravioli that oozes duck egg
• My partner and I were enjoying our lunch until the manager came up to us and commented that we dined at the restaurant before

• It offends me that the manager is insinuating that we did not pay on purpose which I take it as an attack on my good character

• I was extremely upset with the manager and how she dealt with her customers
• The manager butted in and asked unnecessarily what is the reason for the cancellation
• So I have her known that she was the reason and I would like to settle my bill and leave Incanto (Harrow) now
• The manager said that the dessert has been made in the kitchen and is ready to serve
• I will be honest and say that I half expect they would have the courtesy to take the item off the bill given the situation but we are talking about the manager who chases previous bills from customers
